Lowe’s picks up 13 Target locations

Lowe’s Canada has a deal to buy 13 former Target locations, but no word yet on if that includes the space in Grande Prairie.

Few details have been released about the $151 million deal, but the home improvement and appliance chain says about 2,000 jobs will be created.

The Prairie Mall Target location closed April 8th, but so far hasn’t been picked up by Walmart or Canadian Tire.
