RCMP searching for Fairview man in connection with rural crime investigation

The Leduc RCMP is looking for the public’s help in tracking down a Fairview man believed to be connected to a stolen property investigation stemming out of Leduc County.

Mounties say the investigation began in November, after reports of break and enters and stolen property out of Spirit River and Leduc County.

Police say the investigation led them to execute a search warrant at a home in the area of Township Road 481 and Range Road 253 in Leduc County, during which three stolen vehicles and two stolen trailers were found and five people were arrested. Included in the stolen vehicles found by police was a 2011 Blazer enclosed utility trailer from Spirit River and a 2009 Ford F-150 from Grande Prairie.

45-year-old Bradley Blake of Fairview is facing a charge of possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, however, police have been unable to locate him. He’s described as standing 6’4, weighing approximately 230 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

38-year-old Stephanie Mcintyre of Hines Creek is also facing charges of possession of property obtained by crime in relation to this matter, as well as eight outstanding, unrelated warrants out of Grande Prairie and Spirit River. She has been released and is set to appear in court on January 13th.

Two others from Central Alberta were also charged as a result of the investigation.
