Roughly 300 Taekwon-Do competitors will be in Grande Prairie this weekend for the annual Tien Lung Invitational.
Some of the best competitors in the province will be in attendance, including students who have or will be representing Canada at the ITF World Championships.
Things get under way with black belt competitions this evening at 6:30 and again tomorrow morning . Opening ceremonies, which start at 2 pm tomorrow will feature board breaking and self defence skits from a demo team.
The little dragons and coloured belts will have their chance to compete on Saturday afternoon. Admission is free for anyone who would like to come out and take it all in this weekend at the Leisure Centre.
