Falher double homicide trial pushed back to November

It will now be almost five years before the accused killer of two women from the Falher area faces trial.

Edward John Chomiak of Nampa is charged with second degree murder in the December 2010 deaths of his estranged wife 45 year old Melody Perry and her daughter 20 year old Jerica Bouchard.

After several delays, a trial was supposed to start Monday, but it’s once again been pushed back. Chomiak’s trial by judge and jury is now scheduled to start November 23rd.
