Traffic stop yields drugs and weapons

A 20 year old Grande Prairie man is facing charges after illegal drugs and weapons were found in his vehicle.

Kenneth Klimack was stopped in the area of Kateri Drive and 68th Avenue last Wednesday in a vehicle believed to be unregistered and uninsured. The driver was arrested for obstruction, and then a loaded hand gun, a sawed off shotgun, ammo, and drugs like fentanyl, marijuana, cocaine and oxycodone were found by police.

Klimack is facing 20 drug and weapons related charges, and is in RCMP custody awaiting his court date on Wednesday.
