Grande Prairie and area residents will get a chance to hear from their provincial election candidates tonight. The Chamber of Commerce is hosting an All Candidates Forum starting at the Douglas J. Cardinal theatre at GPRC.
In Grande Prairie – Smoky, PC candidate Everett McDonald is looking for reelection, against Todd Loewen, who’s running for the Wildrose for the third time. Kevin McLean is again representing the Liberals, while firefighter Todd Russell fronts the NDP.
The forum will start at 6:30, but the candidates will be available in the lobby an hour beforehand. Then they’ll lay out their platforms, followed by a question and answer period.
The event will also be livestreamed on GPRC’s website.
