Postponed Babitsch arraignment today

23 year old Shane Babitsch is in court today for arraignment.

The man is charged with first degree murder in the death of 26 year old Courtney Johnstone, whose body was found at the Aquatera Landfill in February of last year.

A preliminary hearing held in February decided that Babitsch would face trial. This is the second date set for the arraignment, which was initially scheduled for March 23.

He is expected to enter a plea of guilty or not guilty during the arraignment.
