Multi family home starts are making up for a drop single family home starts in March.
This time last year there had been no multi home starts but this year we are 20, 16 of those were in the last month.
Single family homes were down from 17 in 2014 to 11 this year, with 26 starts so far this year.
Combined starts are neck and neck, sitting at 46 at the end of March, the same as this time last year.
