The Target location in Grande Prairie will be closing in just over a week.
The store has confirmed its closing date will be Wednesday, April 8th.
The corporation is now planning on closing its stores faster than originally planned, with all 133 locations permanently shut by mid-April, which is a month ahead of schedule.
Six are closing today, with another 23 on April first and 32 on the second.
