Grande Prairie’s Carter Rycroft and Tom Sallows are in Halifax for the start of the 2015 Ford World Men’s Curling Championship today.

The men curl third and fifth for the 2015 Brier-winning Team Canada.

The rink was skipped by Kevin Koe at worlds last year, but Rycroft has said they weren’t happy with their fourth place finish in 2014, and are going back for the win this year.

Koe was replaced by John Morris, who stepped down to third after a slow start at the Brier, letting Pat Simmons skip them to victory.
