A few empty shell casings were found but not much else when Grande Prairie RCMP responded to reports of suspicious activity in Royal Oaks Saturday night.
Members blocked off the area of 106th Street and 125th Avenue around 9:15 p.m. but no damage to surrounding property was found.
Police are still investigating, but other than the casings, there’s nothing to suggest shots were fired.
