UPDATE: Babitsch’s arraignment has been put over until April 20th.
23 year old Shane Babitsch is in court today for arraignment.
The man is charged with first degree murder in the death of 26 year old Courtney Johnstone, whose body was found at the Aquatera Landfill in February of last year.
A preliminary hearing held last month decided that Babitsch would face trial.

He is expected to enter a plea of guilty or not guilty during the arraignment.
