The Town of Beaverlodge and surrounding area is currently without 9-1-1 service.
A disruption has been reported to Telus, and crews are working to fix the problem.
Only landline phones are affected, and cell phones can still call emergency services on a cell phone.
No time for restoration has been given at this point.
