Four people are in the running for the Alberta Tory nomination in the Dunvegan-Central Peace-Notley constituency.
Current MLA Hector Goudreau announced recently that he will be retiring after the next provincial election, opening up his spot on the ballot for a new candidate.
Former Peace River MP Albert Cooper is one of those seeking nomination, along with the current Executive Director of the Mighty Peace Watershed Alliance Rhonda Clarke-Gauthier.
The third candidate is Gordon Andreiuk, an Edmonton based family lawyer with roots in the area.
Rounding out the category is Nigel McCarthy, a long time school administrator.
There will be an all candidates forum from 7 to 9 pm this evening in Falher and in Grimshaw tomorrow.
The vote itself will be held on March 14.
