Properties in Sexsmith, and Townships 71 and 72 Range 6 will be getting their properties re-inspected starting next week.
Assessors come around on a five year cycle to see if the market value of a property has changed.
Chief Assessor Barry Donovan says residents don’t need to be home at the time, but if they are, County staff will be properly identified.
Assessors will be going door-to-door during regular business hours starting on March 2nd.

Subdivisions included in the area are Wedgewood, County Industrial Park, Tamarack Estates, Clairmont, and Clairmont Industrial areas, as well as areas immediately west and north.
