Give a Buck for Luck and support those with Muscular Dystrophy in Grande Prairie

The Grande Prairie Firefighters Charitable Foundation is looking to make it 12 years in a row as the top fundraiser in a national campaign for Muscular Dystrophy.

Its Give a Buck for Luck campaign has started at several businesses around town, including Maddhatters and GP Hyundai.

While there, you can purchase a shamrock for a dollar, which all goes to support local people affected by the group of disorders through research and purchasing equipment.

The fundraiser runs through St. Patrick’s Day on March 17th.
