The International Monetary Funds’ latest forecast shows the global economy will suffer its worst year since the Great Depression.
The IMF data shows Canada’s economy will shrink by 6.2-percent before bouncing back with 4.2 per cent growth in 2021.
Canada will be hit harder than the United States but not as bad as Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
