The Growing the North is returning for another year to Evergreen Park’s Entrec Centre tomorrow.
Keynote speakers for the 6th Annual event include the Discovery Channel’s Jay Ingram, who will be on stage tomorrow afternoon, and CBC Radio host Terry O’Reilly, who is on the schedule for Thursday afternoon.
Other presentations tomorrow include Farm Credit Canada’s Chief Agricultural Economist J.P. Gervais and Ferus’s Vice President of Business Development Wade Peters.
Taste of the Peace is also being held this evening at the Pomeroy Hotel and Conference Centre, which will give visitors and Peace Region residents alike a chance to taste locally grown produce.
