Windchill warning in effect for Peace River, Fairview, High Prairie, and Manning

A wind chill warning is in effect for Peace River, Fairview, High Prairie, and Manning this morning.

Fifteen kilometre an hour winds will force the windchill factor to below minus forty, although conditions are expected to improve this afternoon.

Frostbite could occur on exposed skin within ten minutes.
