Phone service disrupted in northern part of Grande Prairie

Telus is working to find the source of a disruption to telephone service in the north part of Grande Prairie.

At this point, there’s no estimate of when the issue will be fixed.

As a result, some residents may not be able to call 9-1-1 from a landline.

Cell phones are still in service.

Anyone who needs more information can call the City’s 9-1-1 Centre at (780) 538-0393.
