Beaverlodge RCMP looking for $2M worth of stolen parts, copper

Beaverlodge RCMP is looking for help finding $2 million worth of copper and parts. On November 27th, RCMP responded to a break-in at a rural gas plant north of Wembley.

Police say the theft occurred between November 6th and November 27th. The stolen property includes several large spools of heavy-gauge copper for industrial use, turbine parts included cowl covers, which are an ionized brown in colour and other smaller stainless steel parts.

Anyone who may have seen suspicious activity related to the theft between November 6th and November 27th is asked to call Beaverlodge RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
