The gravel road ban in the County of Grande Prairie has been lifted. As of 10 p.m. on November 25th, axle weight on gravel roads returned to 100 per cent until further notice.
Road bans are a standard procedure put in place to protect important infrastructure during construction, maintenance or seasonal conditions.
Bans remain in place on City of Grande Prairie gravel roads. They are all at 50 per cent axle weight 24 hours a day until further notice.
