Multiple departments called in to put out house fire near Bezanson

It took multiple departments to put out an early morning house fire near Bezanson. On November 12th around 5:30 a.m., County Regional Fire Service received a call about a structure fire near Range Road 35 and Highway 670.

When crews arrived they found that the fire had engulfed the front section of a home. Members from Bezanson, Clairmont and Dunes stations worked to prevent the fire from spreading further into the home.

Additional resources from Teepee Creek Fire Station as well as the Debolt and Wembley fire departments arrived shortly after to help bring the fire under control.

Highway 670 between Rance Road 35 and Range Road 40 was closed for a time but has since reopened to traffic. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
