Parents and guardians interested in registering for Grande Prairie Public School District’s Late Entry French Immersion program are invited to an open house at École Montrose School tonight at 7.
The program was started up last year for grade five students that missed out on the original French Immersion entry point at Kindergarten.
They’ll then be integrated with students from the Early Entry program in grade nine when they enter high school.
All core subjects are taught in French, with subjects like music and Phys. Ed taught in English.
