One local 12-year-old can’t legally drive for another four years but he’s already going faster than most licenced drivers.

Grande Prairie’s Ethan Power recently returned from the International Hot Rod Association World Finals in Memphis, Tennessee.

“This is the biggest race you can get to in IHRA… [My car can go] 84 miles per hour in 7.9 seconds.”
