People in certain areas of Peace River may be without water on Tuesday. Public works crews are currently working to fix two water line breaks that happened on Tuesday morning.
The line on the west hill near the Nova Hotel will be shut off, cutting water service to Northern Lakes College, Mr. Mikes, West Hill Dental and likely the Nova Hotel.
The other break is located downtown near the Al-Adair Centre. That line will also be shut off, cutting water to 98 Street between 96 Avenue and 98 Avenue and most of 97 Avenue.
Town officials anticipate the water will be back on by this evening.
