PCAA opens candidate nominations in Grande Prairie – Wapiti and Peace River

The Progressive Conservative Association of Alberta has opened up candidate nominations in 35 constituency associations, including Grande Prairie – Wapiti and Peace River.

Grande Prairie – Smoky is not included. PC Alberta President Terri Beaupre, who hails from the local association, says the nominations will be fully open, and members will select who they want representing them in the next general election.

Each contested nomination will be put to a vote on February 21st, but how long the nomination and campaign periods will be open for will be set individually.
