Crews start work on walking trail in Hillside neighbourhood

City crews have started work on a new walking trail in the Hillside neighbourhood in Grande Prairie. 104 Avenue between 92 Street and 93 Street will be closed to the public until all work is completed.

The city says this project will not only improve connectivity within the neighbourhood but also to the adjoining neighbourhoods east of Hillside.

All work zones will be blocked off and signs will be put up. People are reminded to be careful of workers in the construction area. Work is expected to be finished by October 31st.
