Edmonton mass murder linked to domestic violence

The city of Edmonton is reeling this morning as more information comes out about the largest murder investigation in it’s history.
RCMP are calling it a senseless mass murder of 8 people, including two children.
Seven of the victims were found in a home on the city’s north end early Tuesday morning, while another victim was found shot to death in a home on Edmonton’s south west late Monday night.
A lock down in down town Fort Saskatchewan yesterday morning ended with police finding the suspect’s body in a Vietnamese restaurant.
Edmonton Police Chief Rod Knecht said during a news conference yesterday afternoon that there is no risk to the broader public, as the events appear to be the result of domestic violence.
