68 Avenue from Poplar Drive to Knowledge Way will be closed on September 8th for the Eastlink Centre Triathlon.
To ensure the safety of both participants and drivers, the road will be completely closed from 8:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. on Sunday. The closure may be extended depending on the number of racers.
Participants will start on Knowledge Way and travel down 68 Avenue, looping back at Poplar Drive. Over 200 local, provincial and regional athletes are expected to take part in the event making it the largest triathlon in the Peace Region.
