Just days after former Wildrose leader Danielle Smith crossed the floor of the legislature to join the governing tories, a group of frustrated Albertans have begun circulating a petition to recall Smith.
The petitions says the Highwood MLA broke her promise to voters and abandoned her duties at leader of the opposition.
The petition has been signed over 3000 times already.
Creators hope they can force a by-election and oust Smith from her new seat in the PC caucus.
