The public is being invited to share their thoughts with Weyerhaeuser officials when it comes to updating the company’s Strategic Forest Management Plan.
Representatives will be available to discuss a multitude of topics, including the spatial harvest sequence, forest management strategies, harvesting operations as well as non-timber assets.
The information session will run from 4-8 p.m on Tuesday, August 13th in the main foyer of the Eastlink Centre. Weyerhaeuser most recently held a similar open house in Grande Cache back in February to discuss the details of their 10-year strategic plan.
