Driver in February school bus crash fined

The school bus driver involved in a crash near Beaverlodge last February has been found guilty of one charge of careless driving.

41 year old Jan Fishleigh of Valhalla Centre was driving the bus with a dozen students on it when it collided with a tractor trailor on Township Road 722.

While neither she nor the other driver were injured, 10 students were taken to local hospitals and two to Edmonton.

Fishleigh has been fined $230.
