Interim Community Knowledge Campus General Manager Angela Redding has taken over the job full time. The City of Grande Prairie has tasked Redding with overseeing operations at the Eastlink Centre, Coca-Cola Centre, CKC West Synthetic Turf and Grandstands as well as the outdoor pool.
“I am honoured to accept my new position as General Manager and to be part of an incredible team here at the Community Knowledge Campus,” says Redding.
Director of Community Services Arlen Miller says Redding has worked for the city for the last 25 years and held many positions including at the Eastlink Centre.
“[She] has proven herself as a strong, people-focused leader. She has done very well as the interim manager for the Campus and will be a tremendous asset for the City in this role.
Redding’s official start date in her new role was July 23rd.
