Nitehawk opening runs ahead of schedule

The Nitehawk Recreation Area is more than two weeks ahead of schedule in getting a large portion of the ski hill open to the public.

Assistant General Manager Johnathan Clarkson says they have enough snow made now for all of their runs, except for Showoff.

As well, the hill will be open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. every day during the holiday break, except for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Boxing Day hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
