County announces 9th annual open house locations

The County of Grande Prairie has announced a trio of events as part of their Open Houses program. Officials say it’s a chance for the general public to ask questions about any service or program the county offers.

The events will be staffed by members of every county department.

“We always look forward to these events as another way to chat face-to-face with residents,” says Reeve Leanne Beaupre. “Our annual County Open Houses are a great way for us to share information and receive feedback on County initiatives, programs and services.”

The first event kicks off on June 17 at the South Peace Centennial Museum near Beaverlodge. The second takes place on June 19th at the Whispering Ridge Community School, with the third held at the Knelsen Centre in Bezanson on June 20th. The events run from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
