The unemployment rate in northwestern Alberta has again increased.

However, it is down from last month when it was 5 per cent.
Across the province, the rate is down slightly from 4.7 in 2013 to 4.5 per cent, where it was in October as well.
However, Canada-wide it’s up to 6.6 per cent, with 10,700 jobs lost.
Last month it was at its lowest level since 2008.
