The Canadian Curling Association is set to make an announcement about the sport in Grande Prairie next week.
Edmonton Sun reporter Terry Jones has learned that the Swan City is expected to host both next season’s Home Hardware Canada Cup and the 2016 Scotties Tournament of Hearts.
The Canada Cup acts as a qualifier for the Roar of the Rings Olympic Trials, while the Scotties will feature the best women’s curling teams from across the country.
