Trial for three accused in 2010/2011 drug busts underway

A trial for three men facing drug trafficking charges is underway in Grande Prairie.

Trevor Stojan, Shane Berlinski, and Tyler Robideau were charged two and a half years ago, after two marijuana grow ops were busted, and other drugs found during several investigations in 2010 and 2011.

1,300 pot plants were seized, along with cocaine and fentanyl.

Their trial is scheduled to run until December 12th, but the case against Stojan, who is facing additional charges, was adjourned yesterday while he finds a new lawyer.
