UPDATE #2: The vehicle has been towed, but traffic is expected to be affected until 4:15 or so.
UPDATE #1: The collision happened around 2:30 p.m. At this point the extent of any injuries is unknown. Vehicles appears to have hit third or fourth car. Traffic still blocked at 108th Avenue and 116th Avenue.
A vehicle has reportedly hit a train at 108th Avenue and 98th Street.
The train is blocking 116th Ave as well.
