Starting at 7 a.m on Sunday, May 5th, the gravel road ban in the County of Grande Prairie will be adjusted to 50 per cent axle weight 24-hours a day until further notice.
Road bans are used during the spring thaw to protect vulnerable gravel roads from damage. The City of Grande Prairie road ban remains in effect as well, with 50 per cent axle weight, 24 hours a day.
