Parking bans in effect tomorrow in Grande Prairie

Starting tomorrow, parking bans will be in effect on permanent snow routes.

With the recent snowfall and more in the forecast, city crews need vehicles off the road to get them cleared as quickly as possible.

From 7 a.m. until 9 p.m. on weekdays, no parking will be allowed on priority one and two routes.

Anyone parked where they shouldn’t be could get a ticket or be towed.

Crews will be in Avondale, College Park, Swanavon, Highland Park, Smith/Morgan Meadows, Cobblestone, and Riverstone Wednesday.
