Tractor trailer flipped near four mile corner

The driver of a tractor trailer that flipped on Highway 2 near the intersection with Highway 43 has been taken to hospital with what’s believed to be non-life threatening injuries.

The semi was hauling a tanker but hazardous materials are likely not at play.

While the scene is cleaned up, southbound Highway 2 traffic will not be able to access the eastbound on ramp to Highway 43.

Traffic on Highway 2 is down to one lane in both directions around the scene of the accident.

Weather, road conditions, and speed are being investigated as possible factors in the crash.
