Grande Prairie realtors are easily on track to set a new annual record for home sales this year.
More than 3,000 have been sold in 2014 so far, and it’s the first time sales have passed that mark in just 10 months.
October was the ninth straight month with record home sales as 323 units changed hands.
That’s the first time ever that sales reached more than 300, marking a 32.4 per cent jump over last year.

The average sale price was $319,000, which is also up nearly 14 per cent.
