UPDATE: Towne Square Facility in Beaverlodge reopens after burst pipe

UPDATE: The facility was expected to reopen Tuesday.

A burst pipe has caused some headaches in Beaverlodge. The Towne Square facility which houses the town office, town hall and council chambers, pool, fitness centre and community centre has been closed until further notice due to a burst pipe in the building’s basement.

Crews are working on fixing the problem. There is no timeline for when the building may reopen.
