Grande Prairie RCMP says it has found roughly $600,000 worth of illegal drugs in a local apartment. On January 8th, officers executed a search warrant on an apartment on the west side of the city after receiving a tip about a possible drug house.

During the search, officers say they found around four kilograms of crystal meth, 2.2 kilograms of cocaine, 200 grams of heroin, 5,500 oxycodone tablets, and 950 fentanyl tablets. The seizure also included $93,880 in Canadian cash and two handguns.

Grande Prairie RCMP says it is still investigating. No information on any possible arrests or suspects has been released.
