The 2015 Alberta Special Olympics in Grande Prairie are just around the corner, and volunteers are needed to help the Winter Games run smoothly.
Around 500 athletes and 150 coaches are expected for the February 20th to 22nd events Organizers are recruiting at the Prairie this week, where anyone interested can find out more information and sign up to volunteer.
They’ll be there today from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Thursday from 1:30 to 5:30 p.m. and Sunday from 12 to 5 p.m.
