Water main break in Fairview

UPDATE: 

The Town of Fairview is doing repairs to the broken water line this morning. As crews work, the following areas will not have water:107 Ave between 108 and 109 St;109 St between 106 and 108 Ave; 108 Ave between 108 and 113 St; and the 109 Avenue Close

The town will continue to supply the hospital with water from water trucks until the repairs are finished

The town of Fairview is dealing with a significant break in its main line coming from the water plant.

Residents south of 109th Avenue was temporarily without water, but it was anticipated a temporary fix would be in place by now.

The hospital is affected, but the town is trucking in potable water.

A permanent fix will likely take a half day to a full day.

In the meantime, tap water will be discoloured
