Vandalism to provincial building in Grande Prairie

The Alberta Provincial Building has been vandalized with spray paint.

RCMP believes sometime overnight a large portion of the courthouse and other provincial agencies was covered with the word “NAZI” and swastikas.

Evidence is being looked at by forensic identification officers, and police are also looking at surveillance footage from a number of cameras to try and identify a suspect.

How much it will cost to have the spray paint removed has not yet been determined.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the detachment or Crime Stoppers.
