A woman accused of scamming people on Kijiji is back in police custody.
37 year old Cyndi Kennedy failed to show up for court last week, and a Canada-wide warrant was issued for her arrest.
Grande Prairie RCMP says she was arrested without incident today at a home in the city.
She and her co-accused 29 year old Brandon Franklin Smith are facing several charges relating to theft, fraud, and possession of stolen property under $5,000.

They allegedly took damage deposits from prospective renters without showing them the properties, using various names, email addresses and phone numbers.
It’s believed they were able to scam people out of more than $36,000.
